CARD CAPTURE

A valid payment method is required to secure all appointments. No payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

A minimum of two business days’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Changes made outside this window may incur a fee of up to $250.

PUNCTUALITY

Please contact us if you are running late. Appointments may be shortened or cancelled if you arrive significantly delayed.

PRICING

The listed price covers your consultation or appointment only. Consumables used during treatment are charged separately. Final pricing is confirmed with you before proceeding.

Transport

Limited street parking is available in the surrounding area.

Parking is available at the Holiday Inn Hotel on Victoria Street (around a 6 minute walk) via the Parkable App.

The clinic is accessible via public transport, with Kings Cross Station a short walk away.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and any required paperwork.

We kindly ask that you attend your appointment unaccompanied unless prior arrangements have been made.
